Your New Role: As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading a high performing team in one of Sydney’s busiest retail destinations. This is a hands-on customer first role where you’ll lead by example, bringing energy, style and service to every interaction. Whether it’s styling a customer, managing floor operations or mentoring a team member - you’ll be at the heart of it all. What You’ll Get Up To: Support daily store operations while delivering an elevated service driven customer experience Assist in leading a passionate team creating a collaborative and inspiring culture Contribute to visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation Take initiative in training and developing team members through coaching and feedback Step up to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager Champion the brand ensuring every customer feels welcomed and styled with care Experience Checklist: Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or a senior team member ready for the next step A background in service-focused retail environments where you love getting to know your customers and make recommendations.
